What we collect

Organization details and supporting documents submitted with a membership application, and account details for each user (name, position, email and optional contact information).

How it is used

To review membership applications and manage accounts.
To show approved organization profiles to other approved members only.
To send notifications you can control in your profile.

Who can see it

Supporting documents are visible only to the applicant and authorized SLNGOC staff. Personal contact details are shown only according to your visibility preferences. Private enquiries are visible only to participating organizations and authorized staff.

You can update your profile, contact visibility and notification preferences at any time, or contact SLNGOC through the Help page.
